I am truly honoured you are considering me for your event.
Please complete the form on my contact page and once received I will respond to you within 48 hours to organise a suitable date for us to have a complimentary (no obligation) consultation. We will discuss your vision for your wedding or event. This will enable us to find out more about each other and if we are a good fit. After the consultation I will send you a proposal. If you are happy to proceed, I will send you a contract. On return of the contract and receipt of the deposit, we will start working together and the fun will begin.

A contract will be given for the service you would like to book after receiving my proposal and you are happy to proceed. This will be sent to you by email for you to e-sign.
Whilst working with you I will set up a WhatsApp group for us to communicate. All official documents will be sent by email. In addition to our video call which will be scheduled monthly for full planning services and weekly for coordination services.
Most of our meetings will be held by video call which works well whether you are based in the UK or internationally. There are exceptions such as venue visits/walkthroughs with vendors/suppliers, as well as food and cake tastings.
You will be able to access all documents related to your event via a password protected folder in google drive 24 hours a day.
You make all the decisions! Usually I will research, obtain quotes, book appointments, and execute everything on your behalf, so your vision is accomplished. I understand that some clients like to be more involved so you can have as little or as much involvement as you would like. This can be discussed during the consultation.
I am happy to work with vendors of your choice. This is your day, and the goal is for you to use vendors that will work together to create your vision. If you require any recommendations, I have vendors I can suggest. I will always recommend vendors with your budget, personalities, and style in mind.
Once the vendors/suppliers can deliver your wedding vision, if your happy I am happy!
I offer coordination services for both weddings and events. This service will provide you with help and support prior to your event and on the day. I will work and liaise with all suppliers/vendors and ensure you and your guests have a wonderful experience. You can rest knowing your years/months of planning is in good hands.
I will be your main point of contact whilst working together on your event. On the day of your event I will be present with a team. The number of team members will depend on the guest count and logistics required. My team members are experienced wedding and event planners who all have their own businesses so there is a range of knowledge and skill sets. We will be on hand throughout the event to execute the day and deal with any problems if they arise, so you don’t have to.
My services are not restricted by hours of work. Whether I am planning or coordinating your wedding or event. I am dedicated to working on your behalf to ensure that everything that needs to be completed as part of the service booked will be accomplished to ensure you are ready for your occasion.
I am happy to work with all budgets however it is important to be realistic about your event goals regarding your budget. Alternative options will be suggested where necessary.
Please bear in mind your venue, guest numbers and catering choice will have a huge impact on your budget.
When booking my full planning service, I create a budget spreadsheet for you, which you can access 24 hours a day. This info is updated regularly throughout the service. In addition to this you will be kept up to date with reminders when payments are due to your venue and vendors/suppliers so you can keep on track of things as I understand life gets busy.
All payments will be made directly to my business bank account by bank transfer.
Yes, I do. A 50% deposit will be required to secure your event date & the remaining balance will be calculated into monthly payments to suit your budget. This will be discussed during our consultation.

Certainly, once I have availability. I am happy to work with clients nationally or internationally. Having someone in the UK that is knowledgeable about organising an event and the process will prevent stress, overwhelm, and anxiety for you. Our meetings would take place by video call including at the venue so you can see things in real time and not just on a website. All meetings scheduled with vendors/suppliers will also be by video call. You can enjoy the process from the comfort of your home/location. Coordinators at venues work on behalf of the venue. They ensure that the venue fulfil their service to you but very rarely get involved with your wedding or event schedule on the day. I will liaise with them to ensure their rules are met and any documentations they require is completed regarding your contract with them and the vendors/suppliers booked for your event.

If you desire to postpone your event due to the pandemic no additional costs will be charged for date changes. However, date changes are subject to availability.
