My role is to provide you with assistance for everything you need to bring your vision into a reality from start to finish. Providing you with a calm and stress-free experience from our consultation until post wedding day. I believe the planning experience is just as important as the wedding day.
As your wedding planner whether you need a listening ear or a tissue for your tears of joy on your big day, I am here to serve you every step of the way.
I will create a plan that ensures you achieve your wedding goals, and your day is just as you envisioned which leads to a unique and unforgettable experience for you, your family, and friends.
This service is ideal for you if you who would love to plan your wedding but lead busy lives.
You’ve enjoyed planning the wedding of your dreams but would like a professional to assist you and manage your big day. The Wedding Coordination service enables you to focus on enjoying every moment of your wedding and be assured that your years and/or months of planning is in good hands.
This service commences eight weeks prior to your wedding date.
I will assist and support you to ensure everything is taken care of, so your wedding day goes just as you planned.
Your journey starts by completing my contact form or sending a direct email. This enables you to tell me about your vision and the experience you would like to create for your guests.
Once I receive your contact form or email. I will reply to you within 48 hours and schedule a date to have a video consultation at a time that is convenient for you.
The consultation is complimentary and is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I have the honour of finding out about your love story and your desires for the different aspects of your wedding. I will share what you can expect from me and how my service works, and you can ask any questions you may have.
Following your consultation, I will create a bespoke proposal outlining what we discussed. This will contain design ideas/images, the investment fee for the service you have chosen as well as your next steps.
If you are happy to proceed, I will send you a contract by email that you can e-sign. Once I receive your signed contract and deposit for the service you would like to book then the fun can begin, and we will start working together.
You will receive a welcome pack to thank you for booking one of my services. It will contain key info and walk you through the entire process of us working together to provide clarity and prevent overwhelm.
We will agree a time to have an initial planning meeting. This meeting is to discuss our plan of action going forward and discuss your wedding in-depth.
According to the service you book we will either have monthly meetings (planning service) or weekly meetings (coordination service) to discuss your wedding. This is to check in, review and follow up on our plan of action and to ensure everything is on track.
This is the day for you to focus on enjoying every moment and be assured that your day is in good hands. I will coordinate the entire day from bridal prep, set up and looking after you and your guests to ensure everything is taken care of, so your day goes just as planned.
